Young people are at greater risk of contracting a venereal disease for several reasons: Young women's bodies are biologically more susceptible to venereal disease. Many young people hesitate to talk openly andhonestly with a doctor or nurse about their sex lives. Young people usually have more than one sexual partner. It is important to know what can be done to avoid contracting venereal diseases and treatments to cure these diseases. The most important thing is to practice the test to rule out any type of illness and use protection when having a sexual relationship.
